Tui Blue Barut Andız - All Inclusive - Adults Only

A wonderful vacation that truly makes you feel at home. The atmosphere is inviting, and the other guests are both high-quality and respectful, adding to the overall experience. We will definitely be returning. There was a minor issue at the à la carte restaurant where one staff member’s attitude was a bit off-putting, possibly because we were local or new guests. However, this was a singular incident and not reflective of the overall excellent service we received throughout our stay. The hotel’s general quality and the warmth and professionalism of the majority of the staff really stood out and made our visit special. Thank you very much for everything. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family. One small suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the quality of the hot and cold coffee offerings. Aside from this, the food and beverages were absolutely fantastic. We look forward to our next visit!

Otel konumu itibariyle hem side antik kentine hem şehir merkezine çok yakın, bu durum görece küçük bir alana kurulu otelden dışarı çıkabilmeniz için iyi bir fırsat. Ayrıca kaliteli bir konaklama da sağlıyor. Side’nin en güzel tarafı sahili, o bakımdan otel içindeki havuz bana hitap etmiyor zaten çoğu yabancı turist ile dolu olan havuz kalabalık da. Her gün plaj için temiz havlu imkanı sağlanıyor. Çalışanlar oldukça kibar ve ilgili. Ala carte restoranlar ise çok kaliteli. Otel ile alakalı söyleyebileceğim küçük olumsuz yorumlar şunlar olabilir: 1- Restoranda içecek almak için garsonlara sipariş vermeniz gerekiyor, garsonların sayısı da epey fazla yani sipariş için geliyorlar yanınıza ancak bu durum dar alanda oldukça kalabalığa sebebiyet veriyor. Misafirlerin içeceklerini kendi de alabileceği bir sistem kurmaları yemek alanını rahatlatabilir. 2-Sahilde şemsiyeler güneşten tam koruma sağlamıyor, bu da güneşlenmekten çok güneşte yanmaya sebep oluyor, tenteler bu konuda her zaman daha iyi 3- Banyoda misafirlere özel diş macunu ya da diş fırçası konulmamış ayrıca saç kremi de yoktu (ancak şampuan ve duş jeli mevcut)

Second visit and still an amazing Hotel. I should really start by explaining that the Hotel is not simply the actual building but all the wonderful friendly and more than helpful staff that make sure you and any special requests are catered for. Arriving just after 2am we were quickly shown to our room after being offered a light sandwich and water and settled in very quickly. In the refrigerator were 2 cans of Efes, coke, fruit juices and bottles of water. A kettle t-bags and coffee were in the room and a very nice bottle of red wine and small pastry style treats. Beds were more than comfortable and shower/bathroom with hairdryer more than adequate. Comfy night sleep later and breakfast time where we were greeted by friendly staff who remembered us from last years visit. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant caters for all tastes and I/we never could complain about either the quality nor the temperature of any of the dishes we sampled during our stay (much to my scales disgust as I gained 6lbs in 11 nights). Numerous sun loungers around the pool and always appeared to be empty ones regardless of time of day. Out the back gate it’s a few minutes walk to the beach where the Hotel has around 70 further sun loungers and umbrellas and I’m delighted to report the water is lovely and warm. Staff here can sort out the thirsty guest with chilled bottles of water, red/white/rose wine, soft drinks and ice lollies and well as watermelon slices and sandwiches. The Hotel also has the Olive Restaurant which guests can book for evening meals and the staff here definitely go out of their way to ensure the perfect meal and service. You have the choice of the International menu or Italian Menu and the food is amazing. Again considering it was only our second visit staff here remembered us from last year and we had a wonderful welcome Entertainment in the evenings is usually held in the Sunset Bar on the 4th floor with greats views out towards the Old Town of Side and out to sea. The entertainment itself is of a high standard, varied and always the opportunity to get up and dance This is only a snapshot of the Hotel and without a doubt the best thing is the memories and friends made and the way all the staff regardless of who go out of their way to make your stay extra special

Well.....we read the reviews before booking for 8 nights here.... the old saying "too good to be true" we thought, well we were wrong!! It really is a special place.... we just could not fault it from when we arrived to when we left! When the reps and hotel manager come to say goodbye to you then it really does show how much they care about every little detail. Food was the best we have probably ever had at an AI resort and we travel a lot. Service second to none also and looked after in every respect, I never bother writing reviews but for this place I just had to....In the words of Arnie....."I'll be back" thanks again...Jim & Tracey (room 1419)

This was our second visit to Barut Andiz and again we weren’t disappointed. All the other reviews say the same things as we experienced. This is a hotel you can trust. The real positives are: The staff - each and every one of them goes above and beyond to ensure you have the perfect stay. It would be unfair to single people out but Ergan the manager is always visible and chats to you and Halit makes excellent cocktails in the lobby bar. Our cleaner (Emine) ensured our room was spotless throughout our stay. The food - it is amazing and will ensure you come back overweight! So much variety and much cooked freshly as show food. Never any queues and always enough to go round. Service at the tables is good ensuring you have drinks and plates are cleared away quickly. Cleanliness - the hotel is spotless throughout, always being cleaned. Poolside is the same. There are a couple of house cats which make themselves at home so be prepared for that. They aren’t intrusive and keep themselves to themselves often bagging a sunbed! Our room (1242) was fantastic. I personally loved the jacuzzi on our spacious balcony. Plenty of space for clothes, with separate shower and toilet. Air conditioning was good and maintenance fixed things immediately if anything went wrong. Entertainment - Jimmy did a fab job organising events in the pool and there were daily fitness programmes you could take part in if you wished (no pressure). The evening entertainment was good with singing acts, quizzes and a silent disco but our favourite was the foam pool party. A great experience even for 50+ year olds! Sunbeds - no problem getting these even though there were some who got up early to bag their favourite spot. The hotel did warn against this and threatened to remove towels if they weren’t occupied for an hour. Pool towels are changed daily at the spa. Craig and Sarah, the reps, were always on hand if anything was not to your liking. We booked the adults only boat trip which was worth the extra money. A great trip with your own space on the boat, lovely food and swim stops. My wife and I would recommend this. There is so much to explore with Side about a 25 min walk away and lots of local shops to buy ‘fake’ goods. The sea was lovely and warm too. Our only gripe was the transfer time. On booking it said 1 hour but with all the stops on the way there it was 1.5 hours and on the way home it was 2 hours. Not the hotel’s fault but maybe something Tui need to look at. All in all another fabulous stay and yes, like most others, we will definitely return in the future.

What a special holiday! From the moment of our warm welcome to our friendly farewell, and to all the wonderful moments in between, we simply loved our stay. The Barut Andiz delivers on all fronts. We used the well-appointed fitness suite to start our day each morning, followed by a delicious iced coffee around the pool, yummy breakfast, tasty lunch and delicious dinners. The coffee shop area is a lovely touch providing a lighter option on those days when you don’t fancy a heavy lunch. The hotel is constantly being cleaned and inspected by staff and consequently is immaculate, and I mean, immaculate. Housekeeping was outstanding and the extra touches around the room (bathroom products, well stocked fridge, slippers etc) were all very tasteful. The little messages around the room were also well pitched, including our farewell letter. We were also provided with a breakfast bag upon departure (we hadn’t requested this) to help ease our journey home - the team literally think of everything. Evening entertainment is great. A wide range of acts from country to a silent disco to operatic! There’s something for everyone. A special shout out must go to the restaurant staff. Their level of performance and efficiency were second to none. Also, the bar staff around the pool, quickly learnt our orders and added that personal touch to our visits to the bar. Everything here feels sincere. You feel that the staff want you there. One member of the team even said to me ‘we want you to have the best experience’. I can understand why so many people return. My friend and I feel so lucky to have been experienced the Barut Andiz ‘magic’ ❤️ To finish, I must also mention Sarah, our TUI Guide, who was super. She recommended the adults’ only TUI boat trip and it was incredible. She also gave us lots of other tips regarding the hotel and local area. She is clearly dedicated to her job and her guests - well done to her and a big thank you. Thank you to everyone for making this trip so amazing…
